What does working by referral mean for you?
My business is mostly referral-based. My goal is to build this kind of relationship with every buyer and seller. Friendship isn’t required—though it happens often. What matters is that you feel so informed, supported, and cared for that when you hear someone needs a Realtor®, you think of me.

I’m a Durham, NC, Realtor® serving The Triangle, and most of my business comes from referrals. I offer free consultations to see if we’re a good fit. You can expect proactive updates, clear timelines, honest guidance, and real estate experience since 2006.

If you were referred to me, I’d love to know who sent you.
If you weren’t, you’re still welcome here. I’d love the opportunity to help.

Client Stories

Referrals are the root of my business. Here’s what that looks like in real life.

When I first met Danner, introduced to her by her cousin on Facebook, we connected quickly and became friends. We also discovered we share roots in Georgia. Her grandmother taught my mom in high school. (Small world, big reminder that connection matters.)

When Danner bought her first home, I was honored to help. Then Danner married Bill, their family grew, and their housing needs changed right along with it. We navigated a few moves over the years.

Along the way, Danner began introducing me to friends, family, and coworkers—people who needed the same kind of clear guidance and steady support. One of my favorites was meeting her parents and helping them purchase a home. Each introduction became a new story I was honored to be part of.

I’m grateful for Danner and Bill’s friendship, and I never take their referrals lightly. This tree is one example of how trust can grow, one relationship at a time.
