Before we begin touring homes, we’ll review and sign a Buyer Agency Agreement, a simple document that defines our working relationship and ensures you’re fully represented throughout the process.

Since commission details are no longer shown in MLS listings, I’ll review your options upfront so everything is transparent and you’re never caught off guard.
